Regency Apartments – Silverdene were employed to carry out works to a Grade 2 Listed Building to convert into 7 apartments with a new build of 6 additional apartments.

Burnham Waters – As part of the Retirement Village of Burnham-on-Crouch. Current works on-going are 63 number 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Bungalows with ancillary commercial units. Please go to www.burnhamwaters.co.uk to register your interest.

Hampstead  – Silverdene were employed to carry out the Basement works including extension to create 2 x 3 Bedroom Apartments, and to convert Existing Ground Floor from 4 Small Apartments to 2 x 2 Bedroom Apartments including Full External Works to the Main Building. Works in Progress.

Solar Farm – Silverdene were employed to carry out the installation of Solar Farm including New Electrical Connections, CCTV Installation, Security Fencing and Associated Landscaping works.

Amersham – Demolition of existing Building and construction of 4 New Detached Houses.

Milton Keynes – A permitted development, converting an office to 43 apartments, in Milton Keynes. Roof was removed to accommodate an additional two floors, constructed in steel frame on existing structure.

Battlesbridge – Silverdene Construction were employed to complete the grade 2 listed building and additional 3 detached barn style dwellings including external works.
